    • Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Contact us as soon as possible to request a new date.

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

    • Services already completed are non-refundable.

Next Step Home Solutions takes care to provide safe, professional moving services, but:

  1. Property Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to items or property.

  2. Limited Liability: We are liable only for damages caused directly by proven negligence during the move.

  3. Restricted Items: We do not handle firearms, ammunition, explosives, hazardous materials, or illegal items under any circumstance. Customers must remove or disclose such items prior to service.

  4. Insurance: Customers are responsible for insuring valuable or high-risk items if desired.
